AT&T has apologized for its massive outage that left customers unable to make calls, send texts, or access the internet last week.

More than 74,000 customers reported outages! To apologize, AT&T sent out a text that said, “We believe the outage was caused by the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network, not a cyber attack.” They put their money where their mouth is with their apology and shared that customers will receive credit on their next bill!
