Feeling a little sluggish this morning after all of those holiday sweets… me too!
Here’s some ways we can overcome that sluggish feeling AND some of our holiday bloat:
- Incorporate ginger into your diet! It can help calm intestinal activity.
- Hydrate with water! It will help your body process your meal more efficiently. Aim for 80 ounces of water over the course of the day.
- Lie on your left side after a meal to allow gravity to help with digestion.
- Get moving! All it takes is a small work or even light house work to help beat the bloat!
