Daylight Saving Tip

Daylight Saving starts on Sunday! This is the one where we Spring Forward. Our days are longer, but we do loose an hour of sleep. It can be hard to adjust.

Here’s some tips to help you and everyone else adjust to the time change that’s happening this Sunday.

Get outside as much as you can during the day, the sun exposure helps your body adjust, especially in the morning!

Here’s one that’s a bit harder but will pay off, keep your home dark at night. It’s hard to get in bed early when the sun is still out, but it’ll help give your body the que that it’s time to go to bed.

And the most important tip…. Have a little extra patience with everyone. We’re all going to loose and hour of sleep, and we’re all just trying to adjust.
