As you figure out what’s for lunch today, you may want to add in some fruits and veggies! We’ve heard it all our lives that they’re good for us, but we just learned HOW GOOD they are!

Eating more than 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day reduces your risk of a heart attack, stroke, cancer and early death!

To help clear things up, one serving could be an apple, or a banana or half of a bell pepper. If that sounds pretty easy and doable to you, then maybe shoot for 10 servings a day! That’s where you’ll find the most benefits.
