What would you do if a bear tried to attack your dog? Chances are you would run… right? Not Kristen! A bear tried attacking her little Chihuahua and she was able to save him!
Kristen was walking her Chihuahua just steps from her home, when a bear stared closing in on them. Kristen said, “The bear snuck up behind me, went around my leg and stared biting at my dog. I was holding my dog up in the air basically like a Pinata, but every time I put my dog down on the ground, she would go after him again.”
Then the woman remembered she had a bag of cookies from her mom. She started tossing the cookies at the bear. The bear immediately became more interested in the cookie than the dog. It worked! The dog came through unharmed, as did Kristen.
