For some, it doesn’t matter on the weather, they have a go to coffee temperature. I fluctuate between hot and iced coffee, but I prefer iced. Gary on the other hand likes hot. (What’s new, we disagree on just about everything.) Out of curiosity, I wanted to see which form of coffee is healthier.
If you just take regular drip coffee and compare it to cold brew, the healthier of the two is (Drumroll please) HOT COFFEE.
Hot coffee is healthier because it has more antioxidants than cold brew. That means it can help prevent damage to your cells.
Now this isn’t any excuse to dump extra creamer in your hot coffee tomorrow morning.
